By accessing and using Prompttly (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prompttly is a prompt management tool that allows users to save, organize, and insert text prompts into various web applications. The Service includes a web dashboard and a browser extension.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials used to access the Service. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Store or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

5. AI Usage Limits

To ensure fair usage and service stability, the "Optimize with AI" feature is subject to the following monthly limits:

• Free Plan: 5 optimizations per month.
• Pro Plan: 500 optimizations per month.
• Lifetime Plan: 500 optimizations per month.

These limits reset monthly. We reserve the right to adjust these limits to prevent abuse or ensure service quality.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Prompttly and its licensors. The prompts you create and store remain your property.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prompttly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
